This is bearing in mind that we only found out about it last Thursday evening, we’re only playing two songs and our singer couldn’t making so we’re essentially borrowing someone else. If this is anything less than abysmal I’ll probably be happy, given that we’re going back tomorrow to do another two songs…

Posted by Sharny in : Life, Misc , add a commentbut I really should be working. I mean, I should be working right now but instead I’m surfing the net and writing this post. Jeez I’m terrible at this. Seriously though, I’m getting behind in a lot of my school work. Since the holidays I have basically only been keeping up with my Maths and now I’ve gotten a bit behind there which just messes me up. On top of that I also have coursework in Psychology and Physics and I need to do some working at chemistry to make sure I do the best that I can in the January exams.
It all seems a bit much and as such I tend to recluse into the old defence mechanisms of internet browsing and World of Warcraft. It’s a bit scary, I should probably write a list as they tend to help in that it gives me something to tick, which, as everyone knows, is the key to success.
Anyway I’m gonna get to it, whilst also indulging in a bit of a House marathon - I get distracted less by the internet when I have something to watch so although it is a distraction in itself it is a little less distracting that not having it. And it also makes it less of a punishment…
